This adds two flags to control authentication mechanisms, which is hereby put up to discussion whether it should be an opt-in or opt-out and whether a flag is appropriate for a group or we need something more flexible comparable to the priority strings of gnutls.
per default disable DIGEST-MD5 and PLAIN authentication, this can be enabled again by setting the flag XMPP_CONN_FLAG_WEAK_AUTH
allow to disable "non -PLUS" SCRAM methods via the flag XMPP_CONN_FLAG_STRONG_AUTH
