Move dash.conf to default location #4

dash.conf should be loaded as a bind mount to the default location at ~/.dashcore/dash.conf to avoid needing to specify the correct conf file each time, and to stop generating empty dash.conf files at this location if the bind mount is not available (due to permissions or docker problems)
