I am getting the following warnings on drupal installation

is this warning relevant ?

Hi @Germanaz0

Looks like a Drupal management issue. These are Drupal warnings and the modules listed here are non-OSF modules (but facetapi is used as a dependency by some OSF modules).

I would suggest you try searching on the Drupal support forums to see how to fix such an issue.

Yes I had to download it manually and enable it
