missing download files #86

Description

There seem to be some missing downloads.

The latest download that works is https://static.structurizr.com/download/structurizr-lite-3104.war

3105, 3112, 3116, 3122, 3124 are all missing in s3.

The docker images are published with these missing versions at https://hub.docker.com/r/structurizr/lite/tags

Releases can now be found at https://github.com/structurizr/lite/releases instead of S3.
