Documentation pages won't load if workspace element names are in Cyrillic #54

Description

Using Cyrillic in the names of SoftwareSystem/Container/Component with documentation attached causes doc pages to won't load Apparently the reason is in URL

Steps to reproduce

  1. Name element in Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, etc.
  2. Attach documentation to that element
  3. Try to access the documentation through UI
  4. nothing loads
