Zooming on tiling preview doesn't use the center of the frame as its target #2

Zooming in and out on the texture tiling preview can be very disorienting because the origin point for the zoom isn't placed at the center of the frame but instead at the origin of the texture. This can cause the texture to "slide around" while zooming at a very large scale.

This has been implemented and will be part of version 0.4.0.
