Alexa does not stop prompting with the Welcome or occasionally help responses.
Probably due to misunderstanding the difference between Tell vs Ask responses, as ask responses are apparently very short-lived and cause Alexa to immediately reprompt for input.
Also, initial intent entry point to the skill is clunky. A user could say, "Alex, ask cookbook to make spring bucatini pasta," and it would pick the recipe, but then repeat the default welcome message.
