Mingw 32bit pagefault with example streams #391

As part of a CI run, sample streams are decoded with dec265.exe in wine: https://github.com/strukturag/libde265/blob/e255f0571a46935955deef15808e52b18043788c/scripts/ci-run.sh#L76

This crashes for the 32bit mingw build. Most likely exists for some time, found while looking into #389.
