feat: rename to RoboCoasters #22

Fixes https://github.com/stryker-mutator/stryker-mutator.github.io/issues/713. Corresponding PR to https://github.com/stryker-mutator/stryker-mutator.github.io/pull/741.

Keeps to roughly the same number of characters in most names and phrases. I tried to keep things as similar as possible, just swapping out the theme to a futuristic amusement park.

Thanks! I've merged it to a new feature branch "feat/robo-coasters", that way I can work on it some more before merging it to master.

My goal is to get this example up-and-running (including new visuals?) by the end of the week :)
