Missing `switch` mutator(?) #20

As I remember, switch mutator has been introduced a couple months ago, but I can't find it in list.

Am I missing something?

I think this now needs to be added to https://github.com/stryker-mutator/stryker-handbook/blob/master/mutator-types.md#conditional-expression
