Documentation about jest config file doesn't list all supported config formats

https://stryker-mutator.io/docs/stryker-js/jest-runner/#jestconfigfile-string lists "jest.conf.js" and "package.json" as supported config formats.

I found https://github.com/stryker-mutator/stryker-js/pull/3761 though, which added support for jest.config.ts and other formats.

Describe the solution you'd like Confused which formats are supported now, but probably the docs need to be updated?
