Make list in main function, simplifying generate_passphrase

• Also adds verbose flag that prints the entropy of the passphrase (not the minimum entropy the user may have inputted).

Strangely, the benchmark slowed down with this change, by about 6%, or 140 ns. I would have expected the opposite. I'm not really worried about 140 nanoseconds.
