Change default text editor to Nano? #13

Do you guys think it will be easier for new users to get up and running if the default text editor in default_settings is nano rather than vim? It's an easy fix obviously. Maybe I should have had it as nano all along...

Well, nano's definitely easier, with clear command keys. Seems likely that vim/emacs users will know how to change the default editor if they like.

OK cool, made this change for v 0.3.9. Don't think we lose anything from it, and it makes on-boarding for new users that much easier.
