Recently, I build this tool (med-a Rust Powered cli tool for csv/json files mask, encrypt and decrypt) hope it can be part of your master list.

Thanks for your PR.

Unfortunately, as stated in the README, I generally only consider projects that have 100 or more stars on GitHub. This is especially true for any application having to do with security and/or encryption, as med appears to be.

I'll close this for now, but if/when med becomes a bit more tested and reviewed, feel free to re-open or open another PR.
