Thanks @kivimango! Think this is the first PR with a tool suggestion!

Unfortunately, I think I'm going to hold off on merging this for now. I'm loosely enforcing a somewhat arbitrary minimum of 100 stars on GitHub to make it onto this list. And as you write, twin-commander is a "pet project for learning the Rust programming language". To be clear, I am all for creating real-world projects to learn a language, especially one as complex as Rust. But! I do think that I want readers of this README to be able to trust that each tool listed is a bit battle-tested.

Did I make an exception to this 100-star rule for my personal projects? Yes. But (a) they're in a separate, well-labeled section way at the bottom and (b) it motivates me to keep the list active and up-to-date.

Hope this is an acceptable position. Again, thank your for the PR.
