Italian language update #73

fmedia has 2 different GUIs: based on GTK and winapi (for Linux and Windows), and though they may look similar, they are still very different. I'm gonna include your gui-gtk/gui_lang_it.txt file from the PR, but the other file gui-winapi/gui_lang_it.txt is incorrect (it won't work for Windows GUI).

So the question is: do you need Italian for fmedia's Windows GUI? Will you add the correct gui-winapi/gui_lang_it.txt to this PR or shall we leave only gui-gtk/gui_lang_it.txt (which is for Linux only)? It's fine by me anyway.
