  1. Add pause option while recording
  2. Add convert to He-aac

Hi!

Add pause option while recording

In rc22 you should enable this feature in Settings -> Recording -> "Long-click... = ON". Then you can pause/resume by clicking Record button.

Add convert to He-aac

Done.
