What does this PR implement?

Renames "RR" to "ARR". "RR" is an acronym for "round robin" and "ARR" is an acronym for "active round robin." Now, there's no conflict with salmon.triplets.algs.RoundRobin (which is random, except for the head).
Renames salmon.triplets.algs to salmon.triplets.samplers, a more precise name.
