What does this PR implement? Allows styles to be applied to the target text header

LGTM! Do you have more work for this PR? Do you need another release of Salmon soon?

No I do not have more work to do one this one. However, I am planning another PR. I'll write an issue. It would be nice to have a new release of Salmon soon--or a discussion about how to deploy without your pre-packages AMI.

The Salmon server is launched on the AMI through this script: ami/salmon.sh. That should give a basic idea of how to launch (I haven't done it, but suspect that will give a good framework).

I've released another (draft) version, v0.6.1rc8. This will be reflected on the AMI. Ping me when you need another release.
