What does this PR implement? It provides maintenance around offline embeddings. Specifically, it does the following:

[x] ENH: Implements online gradient descent (which will hopefully save computation).
[x] MAINT: Speed up embedding algorithm (online & offline)
[x] DOC: add documentation note about http:// instead of https:// for EC2 (and changes the AMI)
[x] MAINT: on the dashboard, don't re-order links
[x] MAINT: train for a lot longer (hopefully until convergence)
