Ubuntu patches #1

These patches have been floating around in the ubuntu/debian package of easytag for a while. It is worth us applying them here, so they can be removed from the downstream packaging scripts if a future tarball comes from this repo.

I've added two new commits to tidyup the configure.in and remove the generated files from the repo.

I've also updated INSTALL to indicate that (since the gentoo patch) we now require a newer libmp4v2 version from the mpeg4ip fork (for the renamed header file).
