'dynamic' value for localip setting does not work. #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the localip setting to 'dynamic'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Trust4 server should use online services to retrieve it's IP address.  
Instead, an exception is raised as it attempts to parse 'dynamic' as an IP 
address.
