I reproduce your research for my study of snATACseq & snRNAseq.

I downloaded all of your metadata in GEO and Synapse database, but I can't find the file included peak_region_fragments variable.

Do you provide cell-meta data including peak_region_fragments ?

Then, please give me the link for that file.
