Feature request: choose Apple Maps and Google Maps per query #28

Currently the handler can be chosen in the variable mapsHandler with default being mapsHandler: Google. Would be great if a handler could be chosen in a query by adding "gm" or "am" or similar in the beginning/end of the query.
