Running the snap latest/stable: 1.0.4-3227a98 2023-08-13 (430) 5MB - on Kubuntu 23.04.

le sigh.

The magnus snap needs to be updated to core22 and the newer gnome platform to fix this. This is what https://github.com/stuartlangridge/ColourPicker/pull/91 is about for Pick, and that PR doesn't yet work. Once it's worked out, I can port the fix over to Magnus as well.
