A "Pardon Our Dust" Tag #5

Basically, this'd be like the {{cleanup}} template on Wikipedia, but for explaining why a thing's a mess, and how to cover for it.

This is already a really common pattern, it just needs a tag.

Seeing as how the heading I used to cover for how I'd started a bunch of unfinished repos in Collected Writings was "Progress", I think it might make sense to have the tag be "In Progress".
