Configurable weather location fallback

I was thinking there should be an "If location services fail, use this location" setting. Some notes on that:

• Shows text for name and coordinates (in parens)
• button for "Use current location"
• button for "Search by Name"
  • opens a modal-like input that spawns a list of recognized locations
• could maybe use a world map to show coordinates instead of parenthetical?
  • This would make me think the location is adjustable, though, and that's a whole other set of UI concerns, so 😕
