Authentication Question #34

If we create the Prompt Buddy in an individuals account and they leave the firm, will this break the prompt buddy app? As I assume it will be authenticating the owner and connections in that account. If so, is there a way to overcome this.

We would like to ensure that if we roll this out to the firm that it does not become orphaned if the person that adds it to Teams leaves the firm. The preference would be to update prompt buddy to use a service account as the owner.

Hi there,

The app lives within a Team so the team owners can edit and take ownership of the app. The connections are the users connection.
