TeamLink is a free Microsoft Teams Power App using Dataverse for Teams. It is a space where your team can share there whereabouts for the week ahead directly in Microsoft Teams. Users can select who they want to 'follow' and see the upcoming presences of or can view by site to see who is planning to be on site on that day. TeamLink allows you then to message to see if the person wants to meet up for a coffee ... all from the click of a button!

Feature Request: Additional Notification for Office Presence Confirmation #65
Your TeamLink app has been a valuable tool for our team's communication and office presence management. I would like to suggest an enhancement to improve the accuracy of presence status and ensure that any changes during the week are captured effectively.
Currently, the app sends a weekly Friday push notification to remind users to submit and confirm their office presence for the following week. It would also be beneficial to include an additional notification to allow users to confirm their presence status for the current week.
Here's how the feature would work:
Weekly Friday Reminder: This notification would remain the same and serve as a reminder to submit and confirm office presence for the upcoming week.
Another Friday Confirmation: Alongside the existing Friday reminder, a separate notification would be sent to users in the Teams chat, prompting them to confirm if their presence status for the current week is accurate. This would act as a reminder to update their status if any changes occurred during the week (Sick Day, Personal Day, etc.) or if they may have forgotten to update their presence initially.
With an additional notification, it'll give users have an opportunity to verify the accuracy of their presence status for the current week, making it more accurate and reflecting any changes that might have occurred.
