Please add Europe/Kyiv timezone in ukrainian manner #81

Some browsers have different names of timezones: in Ukrainian manner (Europe/Kyiv) and in russian manner (Europe/Kiev).

Could you please track both (Europe/Kyiv) and (Europe/Kiev) to fix the changes between different browsers ?
