IANA 2022g #93

Upgraded tzinfo to 2022g, released Nov 29 to fix issues in several Mexican Cities.

I could not run tests locally sadly, but the PR does basically the same as this other PR. (for what is worth, I'm still trying to run them, but maybe someone with an already working setup could help here)

Steps I followed:

Fork/clone repo.
Download 2022g revision from: https://www.iana.org/time-zones (Data, Code and Extras)
Copy files and replace in the repo's tz
Upgrade versions in src/pytz/__init__.py and src/pytz/tests/test_tzinfo.py

Let me know if I need to fix something in this PR :D
