Windows Script Host error on install #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install LimitSteam

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the install to complete without error.
What I get:
Script: C:\Program Files (x86)\LimitSteam\setfilter.js
Line: 377
Char: 9
Error: 'report' is null or not an object
Code: 800A138F
Source: Microsoft JScript runtime error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.5.4.0, running Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Steam is running in the background and my ISP is Telkom from South Africa.
