Green rating for plugin with security - in terms of use - add the lines that the company will comply with local and international law and agrees to pay back any BSV identified as stolen.

Orange Rating for plugin without security - In the terms of use - add the lines that company agrees that they are still at risk and liable to be blacklisted if they are associated with fraudulent activity, and subject to local and international law if found in possession of stolen assets.

Red rating for vendors with revoked keys. ( We can't hardcode red ratings into the plugin post installation, so can we dynamically change their rating using the plugin API? - Add a banner that displays the vendors rating to protect purchasers) Naturally I wouldn't want to buy from a red rated vendor if there's a red banner stating the vendor is currently under investigation for fraud. - How do we avoid DoS attacks on legitimate vendors? (We can whitelist green rated vendors as part of the terms of service.) - Orange rated vendors are on their own if they get red rated since they are not taking part in the secure side of BSV.
