Red flag icon/reporting method must be added to transaction comfirmation page & payment confirmation e-mail.
Verified purchasers can flag sellers/websites if products not received. If seller or website is flagged.
- Sellers or website public key is blacklisted and stolen BSV amount is recorded.
- Any secondary public keys that have received stolen BSV in the interim are blacklisted for the amount received.
- If a secondary public key returns the amount stolen, the funds(minus recovery fee) are returned to the original purchaser. -Secondary key is removed -Recovery fee % awarded to plugin public key

1 Move any remaining funds to another wallet and remove the threat.

2 Contact local authorities to report the theft.
