Need json-over-http protocol #2

Ideally in graphite api format.

[x] parse epoch times e.g. 12345678 12345678ns
[x] parse a selected set of HH:mm:ss like formats
[ ] parse relative times sans date and month e.g. &from=-8d&until=-7d
[ ] parse relative times with date and month e.g. &from=january+1
