FileMediaFile doesn't preserve metadata #305

Change FileMediaFile to use the Metadata of the SageMediaFile if running in a 
SageTV environment and the FileMediaFile can resolve to a specific sagetv 
MediaFile.

FileMediaFile will return the SageTV metadata if the underlying file is an 
Imported SageTV MediaFile, AND we not running remotely.
