Add "HomeVideo" media type #310

Add HomeVideo support to bmt/phoenix.

Allow for one or more HomeVideo folders that can be monitored.  When new files 
are added, if they are "HomeVideo" folders, then apply custom metadata of 
MediaType=HomeVideo, Genre=HomeVideo (user configurable), and exclude HomeVideo 
from the missing metadata view.
