This dataset is in progress. It will be a remote dataset pointing to the 10 m resolution bands (i.e., B, G, R, NIR) from the Level 2A product (i.e. atmospherically-corrected surface reflectance).

Data will be pulled from here: https://registry.opendata.aws/sentinel-2-l2a-cogs/, which returns the results as tiles. I have up to that part implemented, but need to consider how to best do the mosaicking of the tiles.

Once I figure out the first implementation, I can copy it for the other spectral bands that have coarser resolutions (i.e., there will be another dataset for the 20 m resolution bands and a third dataset for 60 m bands).
