The GCDL needs to support specification of alternative output formats.

Copying my comment from #31 just to make this easier:

I think having the following two output format options (https://github.com/stuckyb/gcdl/issues/4) for returned rasters would be reasonable based on formats I'm used to seeing:

GeoTIFF per variable and time increment (what we have now) netCDF per variable with a time dimension containing entire time range

This seems to be essentially a duplicate of #33, which is a bit more complicated, so I'm closing this more simple one.
