This is in the automated testing. Tests run fine on my dev machine, but I already have GDAL installed. I started using the gdal module for #77, but simply adding gdal to requirements.txt isn't sufficient for the automated workflow setup. I'm assuming changes in the run_tests.yml would be needed, but I currently don't know what those are.
