rename configuration setting(s) and source folder #51

With the addition of support for individuals, some of the project settings and default folder names no longer make sense because they use the word "term", but that doesn't really seem to encompass individuals. "entity" would probably be a better choice in those cases.

Done. The default folder naming conventions and project settings names now better fit the scope of ontobuilder.
