jQuery wordt alleen gebruikt voor een AJAX request in routes.js. Kan dit niet vervangen worden door de nieuwe fetch API?

jQuery wordt ook gebruikt in hikingapp.js. jQuery blijft dus nodig. Update van routes.js is in ieder geval wel nodig.
