Kotnet login page has changed, you do no longer have all those options. You only can chose between "KULeuven" (something similar) and kotnet extern. Like for example GroepT now also uses an r-id and password with the kuleuven intranet login page.

I've updatet the plugin, but unfortunately, I can't change this project. Therefore, I've created a clone: http://eliasvandeun-associatielogin.googlecode.com/ If the original creator grant me access right, I will be more than happy to add these changes to the original project.
