Fare un buon bridge

Abbiamo provato a stampare il bridge di calibrazione (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:284380), ma i risultati sono ancora scadenti:

• i giri di perimetro li fa lenti, anche se il layer è sospeso
• l'interno del layer sospeso si affloscia
• sembra che faccia una pausa a metà quando stampa i fili del ponte

Abbiamo aumentato la velocità del ponte da 60 mm/s a 200 mm/s ed è migliorato, ma non abbastanza.

The trick is to slow the bridging speed to 28mm/sec and to tweak the temperature very carefully. 2 degrees celsius makes a difference.

Abbiamo provato a cambiare

• velocità di bridge (50 mm/s, 30 mm/s, 25 mm/s)
• bridge flow ratio (1.0, 0.7, 0.5, 0.3).

I risultati migliori li abbiamo ottenuti con 30 mm/s e 0.5, ma si nota comunque che il ponte è un po' afflosciato.

Possibili miglioramenti sono:

• abbasare (di poco) la temperatura di stampa
• stampare e utilizzare un beccuccio per la ventola
