Add image support #19

Some DAB radios can display images as well as text (e.g. the DAB radio in Tesla). A user should be able to upload an image or and provide a URL (perhaps integrate a google image search with the option "labeled for reuse" enabled?)

We should also have a standard image for each show. It takes up to 4 minutes before an uploaded image is displayed on DAB (in contrast to the 10 seconds it takes for text)

All images uploaded has to be 320 x 240 px and no more than 25kb
