Host the app on hemingway #29

We should host the site our self for dependability, accessibility and troubleshooting.

I did not manage to get Meteor-Up to work, maybe we could migrate to that later (they are developing a version that uses Docker, that could be useful). In the meantime I suggest that we use this guide for digital ocean.

Meteor-Up is now working. Now hosting on hemingway, currently only on port 3030, but waiting for ITK for the dab.radiorevolt.no-domain.
