Implement activity reset #404

It would be great to enable activity reset with several options :

suppress all ratings
suppress all unapproved questions
suppress all questions

Hi zabellemotte,

This has also been suggested internally at the OU, as copying the activity but deleting/removing the questions does not remove all the other data. I can't promise precisely when we'll do it, but it's on our 'to do' list.
