New activity icon #435

It would be great this wonderful plugin to have a new icon for good integration in Moodle 4 : https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_4.0_developer_update#Activity_icons

In the DevCamp of the #mootDACH23 we decided to pic up this topic. We made several iterations. Here are our thoughts:

We will do an iteration tomorrow and then submit the final icon tomorrow night.

You could go and replace now the icon in the plugins database https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_studentquiz (this one: https://moodle.org/pluginfile.php/50/local_plugins/plugin_logo/1736/StudentQuizLogo.png) as well. There are some that have replace it by the monologo, e.g. https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_verbalfeedback Thanks!
