Beer Brewing(error), US Government (both of them) have error when making subsystems #2

All three systems will crash when you go to make a subsystem. For example you cannot go back to the parent system. Similar issues with all versions of the bioplastics systems.

We will have to sort out which of these were created or modified prior to the new version (1.1, or 1.11) was pushed onto the server, at some point at the very end of August. The old version had a lot of bugs that resulted in data corruption; the new one is not guaranteed to be bug-free, but has a greatly reduced number.

I will do sort out which systems were created when once I have time, but for the time being, treat all of the older systems as potentially compromised.

I just looked at both systems. I really won't be able to track down the source of this error from the description, and it really does seem like an instance of the app crashing (as studieredcorn mentions, possibly because of the flow renaming bug #12), the data becoming corrupted, and subsequently the user saving corrupted data. Again, I would vote to close this one and #5.
