The ability to grab, pan, and zoom. #23

It would be useful to be able to click on a blank part of the screen and have the screen move as you move the mouse. This would be equivalent to a grab and pan function in adobe PDF viewers. It would also be nice if the scroll wheel could be used to zoom in and out of system maps (Originally recommended by Adam Corcoran).

This affects the very core of the website and realistically should not be attempted until we have a legitimate team of developers working full-time. I would personally probably not be able to do this if given a month of full-time work. I am interpreting your mention of "zooming in" as meaning "entering a subsystem" and being able to preview the subsystem you are entering.
